Start with conditions, not a product
Wiping away visible mold does nothing about a failed vapor barrier, standing water, or a slow plumbing leak underneath the house — that source has to be corrected first, or the growth simply returns.

- The moisture source, established before cleaning is priced
- Whether air conditioning and humidity rather than a leak are driving it
- How block walls change what containment and removal actually involve
- The line between material removed and material cleaned, explained
- Verification and the humidity control that keeps it from returning
Clearwater context
Genuine crawlspaces are rare here — slab-on-grade is the default from the beach to the mainland subdivisions. The exception tends to be older Harbor Oaks-area homes raised slightly off grade, where under-house humidity from the shallow coastal water table still needs attention.
